The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section 4 below, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third parties.

"www.raahi.net" and others are our service marks or registered service marks or trademarks. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Limited License; Permitted Uses
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (a) to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with this Agreement; (b) to use the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to print out discrete information from the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other policies contained therein. No print out or electronic version of any part of the Site or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.

Shipping Information

• All orders will be automatically combined with the default shipping option.
• Orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service with the following options:
  • Ground (5 to 7 business days*) - $5.00 unlimited items; (default option)
• FREE shipping on orders over $65***
• Only orders made within the United States can be processed at this time. We are working on extending to Canada and the United Kingdom for January 2007.

* Shipment time is dependent upon credit card authorization and verification of information. Payment must be authorized and verified prior to shipment.
***Orders with free shipping will be shipped via Ground option; customer must pay for Priority option if desired. This is a promotional offer and is subject to change without any prior notification.

Return & Exchange Policy

• We at Raahi take great pride in our shirts and designs, and we strive you to bring you the best quality in both. We hope that you love what we send you too, but if for any reason it doesn’t work out, you have 30 days to get it back to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is unwashed, unworn, and still has the tag on the label.
• For Exchanges:
  • Please clearly indicate the item(s) being exchanged by circling it on the original packing slip and writing down the size(s) needed on the slip.
  • Send us the original invoice along with the items being exchanged to our address indicated below, and we’ll take care of getting your new items back to you as soon as possible (you will only be responsible for the shipping costs of getting the purchased items back to us).
• For Returns:
  • Please clearly indicate the item(s) being returned by circling it on the original packing slip.
  • Send us the original invoice along with the items being returned to our address indicated below.
  • The amount credited will only be the price paid for the item (shipping fees are not included).
